When having issues with printers, read carefully what the message says on the display.
If problem is related to the fuse, fuse cover, or fuser, the usual location is at the rear of the printer. Check for any accessible covers to open and remove any objects and/or paper in the feed. Try to avoid touching any of the feed rollers.
If problem is related to the toner or drum, the usual location is above the paper tray. Instructions to remove the toner/drum are usually on the printer. You want to carefully remove the toner/drum to see if there are any objects and/or paper under these locations. Again, avoid touching any of the rollers of the printer.
When that is accomplished, try restarting the printer and see if the issue has been resolved.
