When the 8x8 Polycom phones were initially activated, there was an email sent to you from "no-reply@8x8.com"

Check your inbox from this sender, it will look like the one below. You will need to click the link to go ahead and setup your password. Your username login will be "GIGEB.###", the #'s being based on your extension. Please pay close attention to the requirements of the password when setting it up.
2. Once setup, it will redirect you to a web interface to use your phone on your computer! If you are doing this from RD Web Access, it will not! Make sure you are in your local desktop and go to www.8x8.com and click at the top Login -> Virtual Office Online. Again, your username will be "GIGEB.###", the #'s being your extension.
3. You will see the interface below. The following steps will be to setup your Voicemail password. Click on "Settings"
4. Click on "My Services"
5. Under "Voicemail Settings" you will see a box where you can go ahead and enter a 4-5 digit password for your Voicemail. Afterwards you can click on "Save"
Once you have done this, you will have access to your phone's voicemail by entering that password!
