Taking a screen shot of your computer can be really useful for the IT department to investigate exactly what your troubleshooting needs will be.  If there's a popup that you normally do not see, go ahead and take a screen shot.  You can save that image and then attach it to the troubleshooting tickets for us to look at.  Follow the instructions below to do just that.


To take a screen capture of the entire screen

    1. Press "PrtScn" on your keyboard.


    2. Open Paint by clicking the Start button , clicking "All Programs", clicking "Accessories", and then clicking "Paint".
    3. In Paint, on the "Home" tab, in the Clipboard group, click "Paste".
    4. You may now save the file and attach or insert it in your ticket submission!
