Taking a screen shot of your computer can be really useful for the IT department to investigate exactly what your troubleshooting needs will be. If there's a popup that you normally do not see, go ahead and take a screen shot. You can save that image and then attach it to the troubleshooting tickets for us to look at. Follow the instructions below to do just that.
To take a screen capture of the entire screen
- Press "PrtScn" on your keyboard.
- Open Paint by clicking the Start button , clicking "All Programs", clicking "Accessories", and then clicking "Paint".
- In Paint, on the "Home" tab, in the Clipboard group, click "Paste".
- You may now save the file and attach or insert it in your ticket submission!
